Job Description:
We’re seeking a dedicated and efficient Sales Rep to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to process online orders both from our walk-in customers, ensuring that each order is accurately prepared and promptly delivered to customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process online orders from various food delivery platforms.
- Verify and confirm order details to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales timely preparation of orders.
- Package and prepare orders for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any order-related inquiries or issues.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
- OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or NCE (National Certificate in Education).
- Prior experience in sales or similar environment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online ordering systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
