Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support our internal systems, project delivery, and brand communications. This is an entry-to-mid-level role perfect for a sharp business graduate who enjoys structure, gets excited by dashboards, and wants to help a growing firm operate efficiently, intentionally, and visibly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain internal tracking systems for proposals, clients, and investor outreach
- Support scheduling, meeting notes, and follow-up across the executive and advisory team
- Manage and update the company’s blog and social media handles (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Assist with CRM updates, document management, and data room organization
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and dashboards (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)
- Coordinate logistics for client projects, training sessions, and events
- Help improve internal workflows and enforce deadlines across teams
- Conduct light research or analysis for operations and fundraising strategy
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, consultants, or clients
