Key Duties:
- Manage front desk operations and assist late check-ins/outs
- Handle guest inquiries, issues, and emergencies
- Supervise night staff and security teams
- Ensure property security and monitor surveillance systems
- Prepare night audit reports and daily summaries
- Coordinate with day shift for smooth handovers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or facility management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and emergencies
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
