Location: Must reside within or around Gbagada Phase 2, Lagos

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking, intelligent, and results-driven Female Sales Expert to help us drive sales, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Manage online sales channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc.)
  • Engage and follow up with potential and existing customers
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
  • Maintain customer database and records
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing campaigns
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager/CEO

Requirements:

  • Female, preferably aged 21–35 years
  • Must reside within or around Gbagada Phase 2, Lagos
  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field
  • 3+ years experience in sales, telesales, or e-commerce (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with using smartphones, social media, and basic computer tools
  • Energetic, positive attitude, and self-driven
