Asotech real estate  Company is a leading provider of construction solutions, known for delivering exceptional projects with integrity and innovation. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote Asotech’s real estate services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Asotech’s services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
